SCREENING

We gather resumes from all tools available and screen consultants thoroughly and assess them through series of in-depth interviews. Also we talk with clients to access their business and work ethos to establish a compelling employee value proposition.

ENGAGEMENT

We have set standardized processes in place to ensure seamless onboarding. In fact, we’re one of the few firms with an in-house paralegal to expedite any H1B or guest-worker requirements. We also remain in close contact with our clients and consultants during the course of project to proactively promote employee engagement, increase performance, and retention throughout each assignment.

FOLLOW UP

Our job doesn’t end at project completion. Our integral part is to follow up with our clients and consultants to identify their concerns and highlight possible areas for future improvement. We always believe in delivering successful projects— but our true goal is to nurture successful, long-term relationships with our clients and consultants.
